Are there any monthly fees?
No monthly fees for the automation system itself! You'll only pay approximately $2-5/month for your Twilio account (for SMS/WhatsApp messaging costs). Optional monthly maintenance is available for $75/month if you want ongoing support and monitoring.
Can I choose both WhatsApp AND SMS notifications?
Yes! The Standard package includes either WhatsApp OR SMS. If you want both channels, there's a $100 one-time setup fee to configure dual-channel notifications.
How long does setup take?
Standard package setup is completed in 3-5 business days. Plus package takes 5-7 business days due to the custom Typeform design and branding work. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Do I need technical knowledge to use this?
Not at all! We handle all the technical setup. You'll receive a simple dashboard that updates automatically as leads come in. We provide full documentation and training, and everything is designed to be user-friendly.
What if I don't use HubSpot?
No problem! We can integrate with other CRMs like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho (Enterprise add-on starting at $600). If you don't use a CRM, we'll set up Google Sheets as your database, which works perfectly for most small to medium businesses.
Can I add more team members to receive notifications later?
Absolutely! You can add additional recipients anytime for $50 per person. Just contact us and we'll add them to your notification system within 24 hours.
What's the difference between Standard and Plus?
Plus includes everything in Standard, but with a professional Typeform (more beautiful and branded than Google Forms), custom color scheme matching your brand, enhanced notification templates, and priority setup. Choose Plus if brand appearance is important to your business.
How do Enterprise add-ons work?
Enterprise add-ons enhance your Standard or Plus package with advanced features like Power BI dashboards, multi-language forms, or integrations with other platforms. Schedule a consultation to discuss your specific needs, and we'll provide a custom quote.
What happens after I purchase?
Immediately after purchase, you'll receive an email with a professional intake form. Once you complete the form (takes about 10 minutes), we begin building your system. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and deliver your complete system within 3-5 days (or 5-7 for Plus).
Do you offer refunds?
We stand behind our work! If you're not satisfied after delivery, contact us within 7 days and we'll work to resolve any issues. If we can't make it right, we'll issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Can you handle high lead volumes?
Yes! Our systems are built to scale. Whether you're receiving 10 leads per day or 1,000, everything continues to work smoothly. For very high volumes (1,000+ leads/day), we recommend Enterprise add-ons like Airtable database and Power BI dashboards for better performance.
